Creative Support for Emotional Wellbeing and Growth
SJ Therapeutic Arts is a core component of SJ Support Services, integrating creative and music-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-expression, and meaningful engagement. We offer instrumental lessons in drums, voice, piano, bass, and guitar, alongside creative art workshops. Through a flexible and individualised approach, we use creative experiences to help individuals connect, communicate, and build confidence in ways that feel natural, engaging, and empowering.
